What is the turnaround time for printed envelopes? Most orders ship within 5 working days. Some orders such as two color items may take a bit longer. Ground shipping times vary from 1 to 5 business days.
Will I see a proof before printing? Yes, we send PDF proofs on all orders before we print.
How much is shipping? We offer free ground shipping to the continental U.S. on all printed envelope orders.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii? Yes, but we do not offer free shipping to those states. Please contact us for shipping rates.
Do you ship to Canada or any other country? Sorry... no international orders at this time.
Can I get my order faster? Yes, we offer a RUSH service. Orders submitted before 10:00 AM Pacific time will be printed and shipped the next business day. Orders submitted after 10:00 AM will be printed and shipped the 2nd business day. You choose and pay the FedEx delivery service. FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2Day and FedEx Express Saver are some of the options available. This service is not available on our website, so give us a call to get srarted.
What if I need a color you don't offer. Can I use a Pantone color? Yes, we do offer Pantone colors. There is a mixing charge of $35 per Pantone color used. When ordering a Pantone color please specify in the comment section and the appropriate amount will be added to you order.
Do you print in full color? YES! We now offer full color digital printing. Please call 800-325-0476 for details.
Is the printing offset or digital? Our one and two color envelopes are printed on offset presses using ink (not toner). Full color envelopes are digital. Our digital printer also uses ink not toner.
What is the quality of the envelope? We print on 24# commercial quality envelopes. The same quality you would find at your local printer.
How much information can be printed on the envelope? We can pretty much print on the complete face of the envelope. We do not print heavy solids or bleeds.
Can I use my logo or graphic? Yes, we can print logos and graphics on the envelope for no additional charge.
What if I have a very complex design? You can email that design to sales@econoenvelope.com and we will gladly take a look at it and see if we can print it.
